1. scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries made by New & Abstract (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) to consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity. 2.

3 conclusion of contract
3.1 The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but only an invitation to order.
3.2 By clicking the button [Buy/Buy it now] you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending you an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after receiving your order.
4. right of withdrawal
4.1 If you are a consumer (i.e. a natural person who places an order for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your commercial or independent professional activity), you have a right of cancellation in accordance with the statutory provisions.
4.2 If you, as a consumer, make use of your right of revocation in accordance with section 4.1, you shall bear the regular costs of the return shipment.
4.3 In all other respects, the right of withdrawal shall be governed by the provisions set out in detail in the following
Cancellation policy – Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for digital products or gift cards.
Only undamaged items that do not show any signs of use, stains, visible fingerprints or similar can be returned. The items must be packed at least as securely and sturdily as you received them.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at Alexander Jackert, Stresemannstr. 72, 10963 Berlin, contact@newandabstract.com by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation (e.g. by e-mail) about the receipt and further procedure of such a revocation.
If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions from us on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without prior request will not be accepted.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of the revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us at the address given to you without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Damage and problems
Please check your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty or damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess and rectify the problem. You will only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to your handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to check the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

European Union 14 day cancellation period
If the item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. As described above, only undamaged items that do not show signs of use, stains, visible fingerprints or similar can be returned. Items must be in their original packaging or at least as securely and sturdily packaged as you received them. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been authorised. If so, the refund will be automatically transferred to your original payment method within 14 working days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.

5 prices and shipping costs
5.1 The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value-added tax and other price components.
5.2 In addition to the stated prices, we charge the standard shipping costs per order shown below for delivery. The shipping costs depend on the size / weight of the delivery and the country of destination. The shipping costs are clearly indicated on the product pages, in the shopping basket system and on the order page.
6. delivery
6.1 The delivery time is up to seven working days. We will indicate any deviating delivery times on the respective product page. The seller accepts no liability for delays that are not the responsibility of the seller.
6.2 The buyer is obliged to accept the goods.
6.3 If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, the Buyer must complain about such defects to the delivery agent and contact the Seller immediately. Failure to make a complaint or to contact the seller has no consequences for the buyer; it helps the seller to be able to assert claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.

7.1 Payment can be made either by PayPal or by debiting a credit card.
8. retention of title
The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been made.
9. dispute resolution
The EU Commission has created an Internet platform for the online settlement of disputes. The platform serves as a contact point for the out-of-court settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online purchase contracts. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
