We are delighted to announce Malwin Faber as the winner of our Open Call New Talents 2025. He will present a new position as part of Group Show #10, opening on 5 June.
Faber’s painting explores the tension between gestural abstraction and geometric precision. His compositions evoke a sense of rhythm and movement, reminiscent of musical improvisation, where dynamic expression meets structural clarity. Through experimental monotype techniques and intricate layering, he creates spatial depth and visual complexity. By extending his work into physical space with objects and installations, Faber opens up a dialogue between image and environment.
We look forward to presenting his work in the upcoming exhibition.
