Pascal Wild (born 1991 in Darmstadt, lives and works in Berlin) is a self-taught painter working with oil, acrylic, spray paint and pastel. His imagery combines Pop-inspired colours, cartoon-like figures and a consciously childlike aesthetic. Behind this playful surface, however, lies a tension where humour and unease, lightness and gravity intersect.

Drawing on archetypes, collective narratives and personal experience, Wild creates simplified, exaggerated figures that evoke both comic innocence and emotional depth. His works oscillate between Pop Art, Street Art and symbolic abstraction, reflecting the contradictions of human existence while framing the “inner child” as a stance of openness and immediacy.
