Sophie Englmaier is a visual artist living in Upper Bavaria in the countryside. In her current work, she combines a closeness to nature, her interest in transformative processes of personal development and the joy of the large format. It is important to her to understand nature as a powerful resource: as a source of strength and inspiration, as a transformative, growth-promoting force.
